Syrian Heritage Association Western Australia

The Syrian Heritage Association of Australia is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to preserving and sharing Syrian culture in a way that reflects the values and standards of Australia and Western Australia. Our work is guided by principles of integrity, respect and inclusion as we serve both the Syrian community and the wider public.

We operate on a not-for-profit basis, with any funds raised directed back into community programs, cultural activities and support services. Our committee is committed to transparent decision making, responsible stewardship of resources and good governance in line with Australian expectations for community organisations.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, we organise cultural events, educational initiatives and community gatherings that help people stay connected to their Syrian heritage while contributing positively to Australian society. We aim to build bridges, promote understanding and provide a safe, welcoming environment for families, new arrivals and anyone who values Syrian culture.
